Tart Tartelette in Bloom Palette

I have lusted over the Tart Tartelette in Bloom palette ever since I saw it. Not only is the packaging adorable but all the colours looked lovely and I am a sucker for neutral eyeshadow palettes.

Getting hold of this palette wasn’t easy, I went to the QVC website on various occasion until I saw they were selling but unfortunately the Tartelette in Bloom palette was out of stock and only available on waitlist. If you sign up on the waitlist you will only be charged for the product if it becomes available within 90 days.

So when I received an email from QVC a few months later saying that my order had been shipped I was a pleasantly surprised. But enough story time, lets get into the review.

Tart Tartelette in Bloom palette

This is a beautifully packaged product. Very slick and slim with a huge mirror, making it the perfect travel companion, tried and tested!
The palette offers 12 beautiful neutral shades, with 3 of those shades being shimmers and 9 being matte.

The shadows are colour coordinated in three rows. The first row offers cool tone shades, the second row has more neutral shades and the third row offer warm toned shades. Making this palette very versatile and perfect for all occasions.

First Row: Charmer, Jetsetter, Rocker and Smokeshow

Second Row: Flower Child, Smarty Pants, Firecraker and activist

Third Row: Funny Girl, Sweetheart, Rebel and Leader

The shadows have a bit of fall out, but they are very easy to blend, have good pigmentation and last all day.

I do have to admit that I never wear eyeshadow without applying eye primer first, so I wouldn’t be able to comment on how well they perform without a primer.

These shadows are scented very similarly to the Too faced chocolate bar palette, which is a bit weird but honestly I don’t mind.

I personally love this palette, all the colours are very wearable. I can honestly can say that I would wear every single shade.

Have you tried this palette? Let me know what you think!
